Sharing takes one step: turn sharing on. You get a link, a copy button, an open-in-new-tab option, a QR code, an on or off switch, and Make a new link (the old link stops working). Students need no account. Anything you type (names, topics) is visible to anyone with the link.

Some tools offer print options such as ink saver (black and white, no filled backgrounds), large print, easy-read font, and two per page. These appear in the print preview or the tool form where available.
